Delegates will be able to attend three special interest sessions, there are nine sessions in total, each is delivered twice.

On the Booking form you will be asked to select five from the list of nine sessions below, marking them in priority order from 1st-5th choice. You will be allocated three and we will endeavour to allocate your top choices.

Payment

  • You can pay by cheque, credit/debit card or BACS.
  • Bookings cannot be made unless full payment or a fully authorised purchase order is sent with this booking form.
  • Payments must be made to the conference organisers, EMMM National Conference.
  • Credit card bookings are subject to a 2.85% surcharge; debit card bookings have no surcharge.

Confirmation

Confirmation will be sent by email on receipt of your completed booking form and payment. Joining instructions will be sent in September.
